💃🏽 Ecstatic Dance is a movement journey guided by music, where you are free to move however your body desires.

• reconnect with your body
• express emotions through movement
• release what feels stuck
• awaken creativity, vitality and joy
• connect to yourself and others

6:00 pm Arrival & Warm-Up
A space to arrive, ground into your body, and begin connecting.
6:30 – 6:45 pm Opening Circle
We gather to set intentions, connect, and open the space together.
(The doors will be closed during this time. If you arrive late, please wait until the circle has ended.)
6:45 – 8:00 pm Dance Journey
A carefully curated musical wave guiding you through expression, release, and vitality.
8:00 – 8:30 pm Closing & Integration
A gentle moment to integrate the experience and return to stillness.
8:30 – 9:00 pm Social Time
