You will be staying in an incredible 4 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms,2 1/2 half bath Villa located alongside the Robert Trent Jones II Championship designed Golf Course. Everything in the Villa is brand new, with a gorgeous living room, furnished with Italian leather sofas, and designer chairs, with a gorgeous glass coffee table. Your villa has three large patios with views of the famous Catalina Islands, and full ocean views from every room in the Villa. There is a large outside dining area that seats eight comfortably. Two master bathrooms have there own outdoor shower. Sliding glass doors will lead you to a veranda with your private infinity pool, with outdoor shower and bathroom. Each room is uniquely designed with the finest furniture, each with private bathroom, stand-in shower and separate bathtub. The villa has beautiful tile floors throughout and granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's with cable. The Villa also has it's own laundry room.
