Holding it up while we take a breath.

La Catedral is closed for the month of October. Renovation mode is on: we’re fixing, building and dreaming up a few new corners of the house, including a sunset lounge on the hill.

The disco ball stays. Obviously.

We reopen Tuesday, November 3. Turn on notifications so you don’t miss the first night back.

We have to dance one more time before closing for the season. 🪩

Our dear Chema Alfaro is taking over the turntables with a vinyl set full of disco gems, and Robbie is closing a very special chapter at La Catedral.

A season finale, a farewell, and plenty of reasons to celebrate together. Come early for sunset, stay late for the dance floor. ✨

This is how the very first edition of our Pantone Tasting Series came to life. 💛 Inspired entirely by Yellow, Lisa and her talented team created an 8-course menu where every single dish was a celebration of the color, turning one simple concept into a truly unique dining experience.

Paired with the music of Brennen D , the evening became intimate, immersive, and full of beautiful moments.
