Dear friends and friends of friends!

Our great hostel Almost Paradise in Costa is for rent (or sale) from December on!
The Hostel is at the Pacific Coast in Nosara and it has a Restaurant and a Bar.

From the Hostel and the Restaurant you have a beautiful Ocean and Sunset View and to the nearest beach (Playa Pelada) it's only 200 m!

Hostel and Restaurant are fully equipped but the Restaurant is not professional.
And of course it's the jungle out here...

The rent is 1000$ per month, liquor license included.
Of course plus power, water, internet, accountant, tax and expences.
But we made a good living from the first month on and we would do even better next season because the Hostel has a very good reputation already...

We want 15.000$ (negotiable) for the complete Hostel and Restaurant equipment:
Beds, sheets, fridges, washing machine... plus a motorbike.
