This is a personal property which I acquired back in 2014. The home was originally 3 bedrooms w/ 2 bathrooms, and a very small living/eating area. We lived in the home for one year before renovating and amplifying the property to what you see now. This home has been one of the best Vacation Rentals in the entire area over the past 5 years. This home was the 4th and final home built in the RioMar project in Playa Pelada.

This home was originally built back in 2002, however when a very loyal client/friend purchased the property in 2012, we completely renovated the home including various additions, constructed the pool w/ wall & entrances, and many other interior & exterior improvements.
