Keith and Wendy Clark met at a Chicago advertising agency, and surprised everyone as the office romance that lasted. They fell in love with Costa Rica on their honeymoon and fantasized about buying property, then returned to reality. Sixteen years, two kids, and four states later, they landed in SW Florida where Keith is a marketing director and Wendy is beginning a new career as a teacher. On a s

pontaneous 2015 trip to Costa Rica, the country captivated them as much as the first time. This trip, they left owning a villa and dreaming of the day the could return for more than just a vacation. They are delighted to share their little slice of heaven, and hope you love it as much as they do! Just steps away from a secluded salt-and-pepper sand beach, this brand-new, sparkling clean three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is luxuriously and lovingly appointed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender – no detail has been overlooked, right down to the garlic press, coffee filters and corkscrew. Enjoy a sit-down meal for six complete with cloth napkins and wine goblets, relax at the poolside grill or on your own poolside patio. Each cheery bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, cozy comforter, fluffy pillows and crisp sheets. Hair dryers, bath linens and over-sized beach towels are also furnished for our guests. The Villa is equipped with cable and Wi-Fi, in case you want to lounge in front of the TV or post Facebook pictures of how much fun you’re having! Guests will also enjoy our private beach club as well as an all-access pass to the club at Coco Bay Estates, an exclusive tennis and fitness center featuring a full-service restaurant, tropical pool, state-of-the art workout equipment and a certified yoga instructor. Our personal concierge will welcome you and be on-site to assist you with anything from rental cars and restaurants recommendations to scuba and zip-lining excursions.
