The Mandala Villas pool level experience allows you to submerge in your private saltwater dip pool or to soak in the luxurious outdoor bathtub, lined with tropical plants. Indoor/outdoor dining tables create the ideal setting to flow with the day.

These are the most popular units amongst retreat leaders and participants, as they back up to the Mandala Yoga Shala and hold up to 15-20 guests between the 5 townhouse style villas.

Petit Yoga Shala is the original movement space on the Mandala wellness resort property. Now considered ‘vintage’, it is a sweet, more intimate space crafted for groups of 10-12 for yoga, meditation and perfect for private 1:1 sessions. Below the yoga deck are two air conditioned treatment rooms for massage and beauty treatments.

The four distinct yoga shalas on the property ensure that each retreat and group bookings are curated to the property amenities, ensuring flow and privacy.

The sounds of spring sprinkles on the roof of the Mandala Shala and the sounds of the droplets joining the circular glowing water feature around the Shala create that ‘anything is possible’ feeling. Nature and human design meet intentionally and cooperatively in every aspect of Mandala Ojochal.

As the sun sets, guests can begin to see the glow of the Mandala water feature at the heart of the property. There is nothing like it. It truly feels like ✨magic✨.

The Mandala Shala

Design that compliments nature vs competing with it. The curvature of the bamboo structure, designed to structurally represent our Mandala logo, flows with the effortless curves of nature.
Designed to work with the hill, to flow down to the fire circle below and created to feel very ceremonies in nature. Our Mandala retreat facilitators describe teaching in the Mandala Shala as a retreat highlight.

Discover the villa that fits your stay

Casa Jardin is our garden escape, one bedroom villa. Tucked away on the property, down an often overlooked path lined by banana plants and tropical flowers, you’ll find Casa Jardin. Perfect for a romantic getaway or friends who want to stay in a more secluded area of a wellness resort.

Our retreat facilitators sometimes request Casa Jardin as a comfy, private space to re-boot and re-charge while they are holding space for their group during a retreat week.

Casa Jardin boasts a king bed, our signature Mandala macrame art, a full kitchen, indoor dining area, some pull out bed and washer/dryer for a short or longterm stay. Just a short walk up the path to the Vista Dining Center, Vista saltwater pool and yoga deck for morning meditation.
