9am - yoga flow - synching breath with movement, improving flexibility and strength, and feeling refreshed and relaxed
10:30am - qi yoga - connecting with qi/powerful unconditional love and the universal energy with qigong active exercises, then stretching and nourishing in yin yoga poses

Thursday at Roots Studio/Cuerpo en Movimiento on Calle Soluna in Ojochal

*Please bring your own mat. In addition, for Qi Yoga please bring a cushion or pillow.
