We invite you to discover our lodge. We offer a two bedroom house and three glamping bungalows. Four Monkeys Eco Lodge offers an innovating and unique experience. Our luxury lodges are designed to be indoors but feel outdoors, to be surrounded by the jungle sounds, its magic and wildlife. Our glamping accommodation offers you a rustic charm but modern convenience. Each one includes an en-suite bathroom with hot water, deluxe mattress and bedding, cooling fans and a private deck from where you can enjoy a variety of wildlife and tropical forest views. We are an eco-friendly lodge and it’s all about preserving the wildlife, the environment and the natural resources. Our energy is pending from solar panels; our water comes from a well. Our behavior is intended to have the smallest possible impact on the surrounding environment. Everything we do is designed to help our planet. We want you to stay connected with the outside world if needed, but encourage you to connect with the magic of nature. We recommend you listen to the sounds of the rainforest at night and to take full advantage of this isolation to concentrate on the peaceful experience. The Osa Peninsula is one of the most amazing places to explore, by trekking, by exploring the rivers with Kayaks, to search the tropical rainforest ecosystem and wildlife, by Surfing spectaculars waves and other adventures. We offer you the perfect access to explore this area. We are situated at a deserted and pristine beach, where the rainforest meets the ocean. Our guests spend the mornings or afternoons exploring the empty beaches and rivers. The beach is safe for swimming but also perfect for surfers (all levels). Our nearby beaches Pan Dulce, Backwash and Matapalo also have some great surfing spots and they are located only 4-5 km drive. Inside our lodge you will have a very close encounter with Squirrel Monkeys, Spider Monkeys, White-face Capuchin and Howler Monkeys too. They freely roam our property. It`s also a paradise for bird watching. During July & August and October & November you can watch the whales swim, jump, play as close as 100 mts from the beach. We offer a diverse selection of excursions, from self-guided kayak tours ,stand-up-paddle boarding, surfing lessons to forest adventures, bird watching, waterfalls hikes, horseback riding, canopy, professional fishing, whale watching tour by boat, touring local farms, biological reserves, Corcovado National Park and more.
