Efficiency apt with balcony, AC and view, 5 min from 3 beaches, short term. This one room apartment is part of a group of four houses with a caretaker.

It's in a great location! It has a very nice balcony, air conditioning, double bed, bathroom, small kitchen in an alcove, US style water heater, and wifi internet. Furnished. The caretaker can see your front door from his house, so it's pretty secure. Monkeys often come by. There are two sets of stairs to get to the front door. Espadilla beach and Dulce Vida beaches are downhill on the left fork;

Biesanz Beach is downhill on the right fork. Espadilla has surfing; Biesanz is very calm and is a walk in beach; Dulce Vida is accesible by foot at low tide. This neighborhood has five fancy hotels (Hotel Makanda, Hotel Parador, Hotel Issimo, Hotel La Mansion, Hotel Mariposa.)

We have agoutis at Biesanz Beach House. They are endangered due to overhunting; but Toby our dog lets them eat our of his dog dish.
