RESERVATIONS & SALES SPECIALIST 📩💬💰

Do you love helping travelers, closing bookings, and turning questions into confirmed stays? If you’re organized, fast, friendly, and you can sell with confidence, this is for you.

What you’ll do:
• Respond to inquiries (email, IG/FB) 📲
• Follow up and convert leads into bookings ✅
• Create quotes, upsell add-ons, and promote packages 🎁
• Manage reservations and keep everything accurate in our system 🗓️
• Coordinate with the team to deliver a smooth guest experience 🤝

What we’re looking for:
• Strong English (spoken + written) 🇺🇸
• Customer service mindset + sales attitude 😄➡️💵
• Fast typing, attention to detail, and great communication ⚡🧠
• Experience in hospitality/reservations is a big plus 🌟
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work well with a team 👥💪
