CASA OHANA EXPERIENCE — FUEGO BLU 🔥🍕

Just a short drive from Casa Ohana, Fuego Blu is one of those local spots that has become part of the fabric of the area and one that keeps its doors open even through the rainy season.

At the heart of Fuego Blu is the wood-fired oven, where José brings together his passion for pizza, his love of cooking, and inspiration from his time living and working in Italy.

The result is food that feels both Italian inspired and perfectly at home here in Guanacaste, made to be enjoyed slowly, shared around the table, and paired with a good w**e in the middle of the jungle.

José is always happy to share the story behind the food, the oven, and the journey that brought those Roman influences all the way to Costa Rica.

It’s the kind of place we love recommending to Casa Ohana guests: casual, local, full of character, and close enough to make it an easy part of your stay.
