A flock of pelicans ... about 40 ... just swooped down to hover inches above the forming face of a wave. As it crested and formed a tube over them, they matched its speed to stay inside until, at the last minute, as it collapsed, they rose up through the mist. Nearly every day I see something that amazes me. I only wish I was able to record it all to share the beauty with everyone.

Surf season has passed and snorkeling season is here. This is my favorite time of the year. The waves mellow to a lazy lap against the coral and the water becomes startling turquoise.
