so warm, loving, beautiful, special... I can think of so many great names for this accommodation. The older couple looks after the hotel and the visitors with so much dedication. We were welcomed personally, received a lot of information, tips, suggestions, etc., with a personal letter of receipt with the weather, etc. on it. so so sweet. The last guests had left before us, so we had the small hotel to ourselves. The owners live a little ways away on the property. We even received a free upgrade to a better room. There was really so much emphasis placed on even the little things. The rooms were beautifully furnished, but the special thing was of course the view of the great nature from the bed. There was also a small but very well-kept pool where we spent the afternoon relaxing. The owner brought us chairs, a parasol, etc. in the morning he made breakfast with an employee, listened to our wishes and showed us special fruits. The power went out in the evening. Since we were still traveling, he sent us a message directly with the information and that flashlights, lights, etc. could be found in the room. We felt really comfortable. Unfortunately we were only here for one night in transit. A little tip: Your navigation system is working correctly, it really feels like a very bumpy and steep road leading to nowhere... You're right ;-) the hotel is completely out of the way and beautifully located. We were so impressed by Costa Rica and the couple. The country and the type of pensioner existence impressed me so much... that's how I imagine my retirement there too later ;-) very, very nice!
