New Earth Springs Farm New Earth Springs Farm is located in Alajuela, near the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO),

New Earth Springs Farm is a seven acre oasis of nature, nestled into a quiet section of this major metropolitan area. New Earth Springs Farm was the original Lancaster Botanical Gardens and is on a pristine woodland with walking trails, natural springs, a fruit orchard and a myriad of resident and migrant birds, butterflies and other wildlife. The Guest House has proven to be an inexpensive and welcoming refuge for health conscious travelers. It is only a five minute, five dollar taxi ride to or from the SJO airport, making it ideal for passengers who are in transition before and after their flights, as well as those needing accommodations while in the San Jose area. New Earth Springs Farm House is a traditional Spanish style, constructed around a beautiful interior garden with fish pond. The owner, Carol Stanley, inherited this historic estate from her parents, Richard and Margot Frisius, who purchased the property in 1980 and created the first Macaw rescue center in Costa Rica. We respectfully request no use of tobacco, alcohol or drugs on the premises.
