Howler Cabinas Howler Cabinas is located in the Guanacaste region near the Pacific Ocean in the city of Samara, Costa Rica. It is a two hour drive from Liberia.

Samara is just a four hour car drive from San Jose or a 35 minute flight from San Jose to Samara. Howler Cabinas is just a ten minute bike ride to the Pacific Ocean. Rooms are air conditioned with fans. Two full size beds occupy a room. Cable and hot showers are included. A mini refrigerator and coffee maker is included in each room. All this for only $60/night.
