What began as a dream has finally taken shape here in Sámara. After so much planning and nearly three unforgettable years building a life in Costa Rica with my wife Sandra, we’ve reached a moment where we can take it all in, and genuinely appreciate what we’ve created.

This place wasn’t built overnight, and it certainly wasn’t without its challenges. But every detail, every improvement, every lesson along the way has led us here. We’re proud to share a piece of that journey with you.

While we’re beginning to enjoy the fruits of our labor, the process is far from over. What we’ve built is something living, constantly evolving, always being refined, always reaching for something better. In many ways, it feels like an ongoing work of art… never quite finished, yet that’s exactly what makes it special.

We’re truly happy to have you be a part of it.
So come and visit us here at Casa Kocuyo and experience why we fell in love with this magical place!
