This charming creek side cabin comfortably sleeps four guests. There is a fully functional kitchen and dining area, clean ample bathroom with hot water, screened porch living area ceiling fans throughout and covered parking. The weather here is fantastic year round and neither AC or heating is needed. This is a safe, comfortable, magical place, alive with the sounds of the rainforest and
the babbling brook called Rio El Cacao. The property borders on the Dendrobates Nature Reserve that is part of a protected area that extends all the way to Monteverde (@ 250,000 acres). There are over 150 recorded bird species, in the biological corredor that is our front yard. We have a wide variety of beautiful, exotic fruit trees and flowers on site, and you're likely to see toucans eating the peach palm fruit from our trees, oropendulas, falcons, hummingbirds, morpho butterflies, blue jean frogs or a Jesus Christ lizard skimming across the creek. This is a lush tropical Paradise ! Our location is less than 10 minutes to downtown Fortuna with all of the conveniences, amenities, activities, adventures and hot springs that the Arenal area has to offer. The property has a small lake and 140 meters of creek front, a swimming hole and looks out into the primary rainforest. Also there are views of the arenal volcano from the property entrance.
