One of the coolest things about our view is that we have a direct line-of-sight to the Perez Zeledon airport and regularly watch the planes take off and land. In this video, you can clearly see our property in the background as Ashley is being interviewed as well as when the spectators are looking in from the perimeter.

When visiting CR, (or any AirBnB,) please be sure to protect yourself and your valuables. Always be aware of any possible dangers or potential for crimes of opportunity. Our AirBnB is located on private land with only 2 homes: the rental and the main house where we reside. If there were ever to be an issue with your items missing, we will do everything in our power to assist you in locating your possessions.

For those of you who will be visiting Costa Rica this year, please be advised of potential delays in leaving the SJO airport due to road construction near the area:

As of this week, one lane of a section of Route 153 Francisco J. Orlich Highway, between the provinces of San José and Alajuela, will be closed to traffic, which may result in traffic jams.

September and October are the wettest months of the year in Costa Rica. It's also the best time to find the greatest variety of fruits and vegetables in the area.
