Hostel Pangea, proud member of the Costa Rica Hostel Network Lonely planet says: "This is a party spot.

But the rooms are clean, the mattresses firm and the bathrooms freshly remodeled. Of all the amenities, it is the restaurant in particular, that is godsend -open until midnight-, it serves lip-smacking quesadillas, veggie burritos and what has to be San Jose's tastiest burgers"

What the press says about Hostel Pangea: "Pangea sets the bar high among hostels in the city and it has all the right ingredients for a bumpin' party. The bar is fully stocked with every drink imaginable and boasts 'the coldest Imperial in San Jose'." -Tico Times, Jan 2011
