7:30am yoga on the terrace if you want it. Skip it if you don’t. Howler monkeys don’t care either way.

Comment if your last “relaxing” trip left you needing a vacation from it. 👇

He built these casitas with wood from this land. No blueprint. No contractor. Just time, and paying attention to what was already here.

Most places aren’t built this way anymore. This one was.

Some guests come for the nature.

They leave with something else entirely.

Imagine explaining this day to someone.

What did you do?

I had breakfast.

I practiced yoga.

I worked from a hammock.

I took a nap.

…

I don’t know... I just felt good.

When was the last time you had a day like this?

No walls between you and the jungle. No schedule telling you when to breathe.

Just this.

The trees, the sounds, the air that feels different here. You don’t visit nature at Alya — you live inside it.

Every day here is designed to be in harmony with nature.

Water from our own well. Fruit growing all around. Spaces built from what already exists here.

Nothing added that doesn’t belong.

Just a simpler way of living — every single day.

There’s going to be a pool at Alya.

Right now it’s a hole and two guys with a wheelbarrow, but that’s the start of it, and we wanted you to see it from here. Not just the finished version.

We’ll be sharing the whole build as it happens. First shovel went in today.

Be honest , would you last a whole day doing nothing here?

Howler monkeys, the loudest land animal on Earth. 🐒

Barefoot on the path.
Coffee before anyone’s awake.
Fruit trees nobody planted for looks.
The ocean at the end of it.
Nothing here is arranged for a camera,
this is just what a day looks like.

Welcome to a slower pace.

Open the door.
Take a deep breath.
Let nature set the rhythm.

Sometimes, that’s enough.

🌿 Come back to yourself.
