Getting to and from Casa Kibi Kibi
By taxi: There is a 24-hour taxi stand located mere paces away from our front door. To get home, tell the taxi driver our exact street address: “Cincuenta metros Norte del Perimercados de Vargas Araya (“Ex-Super Sindy”). Casa blanca en la media rotunda con verja pequeña verde contiguo al kinder Koala Kids.”
By Bus: Casa Kibi Kibi is serviced by 3 bus lines:
San Pedro – Vargas Araya
San Pedro – Cedros
San Pedro – Salitrillos / Cedros (note: must say “Cedros” on it, as not all Salitrillos buses are the same)
To take the bus downtown, walk around the corner to the bus stop at the intersection of Perimercados / Bar Chicago / VideoMania. You can take any bus that passes the stop, as they each take a nearly identical route through San Pedro center to San Jose. Once downtown, their last stop is at the easternmost point of the pedestrian walkway (peatonal). To come back to Casa Kibi Kibi, simply return to the spot where you got off and look for one of the three bus lines. They will all drop you off at the Perimercados / Bar Chicago / VideoMania intersection.
