Here at Finca Luna Nueva Lodge, we believe caring for the earth begins with the way we work with it.

Through our composting process, cow manure is naturally transformed into nutrient rich compost that helps nourish the soil and support healthy plant growth throughout the farm. What comes from the land eventually returns to it, creating a more balanced and regenerative cycle.

By working in harmony with nature, we are able to strengthen soil health, support biodiversity, and reduce environmental impact while continuing to grow in a more sustainable way.

Every step reflects our commitment to regenerative farming, environmental responsibility, and a deeper connection with the living earth.
