The very first plantain harvest at Casa Loto Azul.  Top to bottom-peeled, cut and seasoned ready for the freezer, and... dinner.  Had a huge crop of figs, 50+, over the last month that lucky March/April guests got to enjoy right off the tree. 

Another round of bananas coming in a couple weeks.  And those wacky figs just never stop coming here at the Blue Lotus.

Looking for luxury beach home renters for 30 days at a stretch or more July through November! Pool cleaning and yard maintenance paid.
