Hier, nous avons eu le privilège de vivre une expérience vraiment unique et enrichissante. Nous avons été invité à un dîner traditionnel et une purification aux herbes médicinales dans une famille BriBri. Ce peuple autochtone est celui qui a la plus grande population de tous les peuples autochtones au Costa Rica. Nous avons été accueilli par Junior et sa famille ! C’est la matriarche qui nous a servi le dîner et qui a fait le rituel de purification avec nous. On nous a d’abord servi un jus de guanabana (fruit des régions tropicales aussi appelé corossol) à la saveur douce et acidulée. Ensuite, nous avons eu droit au breuvage traditionnel de cacao. Le cacao est sacré pour les BriBri. Il représente le lien entre le monde physique et spirituel. Au menu, poisson grillé, riz et yuca. Le rituel de purification a été un moment émotif et unique ! On réalisait qu’on était très privilégiées de vivre ça ensemble !

Aujourd’hui, petite activité solo ! Les filles n’ont pas voulu m’accompagner…
J’comprends pas 🤷‍♀️
Mais Martin lui, n’a pas hésité à m’accompagner ! 🤩
