We are delighted to welcome you to this peaceful charming little Hotel in Tamarindo, on the Costa Rican’s Pacific coast. Hotel Mahayana is the perfect place to relax and chill out after a thrilling day of sight-seeing or a sunny beach day on the oceanfront. We are located just a short 5 minutes walk to Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta as well as from downtown Tamarindo: its shops, bars and resta

urants. Playa Tamarindo is one of the most beautiful and wider beaches in Costa Rica, ideal for learning how to surf and discovering the Pacific Ocean. Our region is famous for the wide range of activities (surf, ATV, zip lining, horse back riding, snorkeling, diving, sailing, fishing,…) that can be done and for its famous National Parks such as Las Baulas Turtles National Park, Rincon de la Vieja ‘s Volcano, Palo Verde, Arenal Volcano, Poas Volcano, Monteverde,…. -6 double bedrooms (4 with a queen size bed and 2 with 2 single beds. each) with its private shower room and terrace around the pool. There is a communal kitchen at your disposal in the central garden.

-A studio (max 3 pers.) set with a queen size bed, a private shower room, a sheltered kitchenette, a terrace, outdoor furniture and a hammock. It has its own outside area and access to the little pool.

-A Bungalow(max 3 pers.) with a separate bedroom and a queen size bed, a private shower room, a kitchen and a dining/living room corner with a day bed. It has its own terrace and access to the little pool. Every unit has AC, a fan, a fridge, wifi and a safe to store your valuables, outside furniture on the terrace and a hammock.
