he home’s hidden jewels like the ‘divine master bathroom’ and the bedroom/sitting room suite (comprised of two bedrooms separated by a curtain in the door archway). Our two-bedroom guest house has has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. Luxury linens and great mattresses are key to the divine sleeping comfort our beds provide. For your convenience, our bathrooms are stocked with luxurious bath and pool/beach towels. A full kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster-oven and coffee maker, along with contemporary dishes, cookware and silverware. Sleekness and simple elegance are synonymous with THE BREEZE ANNEX. Among the many amenities are air conditioning in all bedrooms, hi-speed wireless internet, free maid service, and babysitting and laundry services for a minimal fee. The main house sleeps up to 10 people and the guest house sleeps up to 6 people. There is a $35 fee per person/per night for each additional person for more than 10 people staying at The Breeze Annex. We ask for your understanding in that we are a ‘No Smoking / No Pets’ property.
