Beware: mouthwatering culinary photos ahead 🍽️🔥. A recent special night at Pacuare Lodge, filled with creativity, flavor, and great energy around the table.

Our kitchen and service teams surprised guests with a one-night BBQ Chef Experience, served family style and designed to celebrate bold flavors from land and sea. The evening began with a spicy corvina ceviche welcome, followed by a shrimp biscuit with Turrialba cheese croquette and avocado. Guests then chose their favorite grilled specialties — from beef tenderloin and pork rib eye to grilled corvina, octopus, or shrimp skewers — before ending the night with a delicious flamed pineapple dessert.

To the delight of our guests, the atmosphere was lively, the sangrías were flowing, and the entire experience showcased the passion and creativity of our culinary team. Moments like these make dining at Pacuare Lodge unforgettable.
