Each cabina features handcrafted, custom-made teak furnishings and includes a king or two twin size beds. Full shower and bathroom facilities, with nearby hiking trails, riverside beaches, and wildlife viewing create a lasting impression of nature, beauty, quality and adventure. The Pacuare River headwaters are in the Cordillera de Talamanca and flows approximately 108 km to the Caribbean. It is a popular location for white water rafting, whitewater kayaking and river boarding. The rainforests that surround the river are home to exotic animal species such as jaguars, toucans, monkeys, ocelots, and a large variety of birds. The Pacuare River is rated in the world's top 5 commercial rafting runs by National Geographic Magazine.
