✨ From a rainbow at sunset to a candlelit dinner beneath a canopy of lights, this celebration was filled with beauty, emotion, and a touch of Costa Rican magic.

As daylight faded, more than fifty candles illuminated the Rancho, creating an intimate and romantic atmosphere where every detail was designed to let love shine.

A magical evening surrounded by tropical gardens, ocean views, laughter, and unforgettable moments. 💛🌴✨

… another surprise.
For the second time, a spider monkey appeared in the gardens of Shelter.
A fascinating and unexpected visitor, especially because spider monkeys are extremely rare in this area. As if nature occasionally reminds us that here, we are only guests in the jungle. ✨

At Shelter, every stay tells a different story.
And some moments simply can’t be scripted.

Sometimes, the jungle decides to put on a show of its own… 🌿✨

From the whirlpool bath at Monkey House, while our guests were simply enjoying a peaceful moment, a group of howler monkeys suddenly crossed the trees right in front of them, jumping from branch to branch through the jungle canopy. One of those moments that feels completely unreal. 🐒

At Shelter, every stay tells a different story.
