✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily resort operations
• Ensure excellent guest experience and customer service
• Manage staff and lead team performance effectively
• Handle bookings, reservations, and guest concerns
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall resort standards

✅ Qualifications:
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident and firm leader who can handle and guide staff professionally
• Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
• Willing to be assigned in Guimaras
