During the summer season there are a lot of Motorcycle related activities around this part of the world (Moto Skupovi, Moto Zurke). These are usually organized by the local Motorcycle clubs in each area. One that we have found to be of particular interest and appeal is organised by the MK Ta**us club based in the town of Bratunac, taking place on the 25th, 26th & 27th of July. Just to let travellers know, there is a ring motorway in full operation around Belgrade, so that if you are transiting you don't have to go through the city if you don't want to. It is an extension of the A1 motorway leading into the E75 (towards Novi Sad) or the E70 (towards Zagreb).
This is fully implemented in Google Maps that can route you through it based on your navigation options (as shown in the attached picture) it is however NOT yet implemented in the Garmin maps on devices such as the Zumo XT that is not aware of its existence and obviously cannot route through this road section. Hopefully this would be implemented on a (near) future map update.

On the 14th of April the commencement of the motorcycling season took place all over Serbia. This is typically celebrated with a meeting of the clubs for a motorcycle run as well as socializing and strengthening of the bonds of the community. In the area of MotoCamp Serbia the oldest club that was hosting the event in Sremska Mitrovica is the MC (or MK) Srem club and we thank them that we were invited to attend this beautiful occasion. Our friends Debeli Sremci expanded further our social horizons.
