Campus hostel is certainly the cheapest and most popular hostel in Novi Sad, but it is also the closest to the Petrovaradin fortress (10-15 minute walk). Each room in the hostel h
as two beds and a sink. A kitchenette and a bathroom are in the hall, which is shared with another room. Four rooms share a shower, which is also in the hall. Beside the reception and polite personnel, who are at your disposal 24 hours a day, the hostel also has a laundry room, a great courtyard for relaxing, a small shop with fast food, ci******es, snacks and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. Campus hostels are located in Liman I, between sports complex ‘SPENS’, and Park, in which the EXIT Camp was located in the previous years. Its advantage, beside the very low price, is the proximity of city beach ’Strand’, city centre and ofcourse Petrovaradin Fortress, where the festival takes place. Hostel Residence Hall B is located on the bank of the river Danube just a minute’s walk from the popular ‘Strand’ beach, which with its stunning setting, grassy banks and sandy beach is a perfect place to chill during the day. This hostel is a popular choice with EXIT Festival goers. It has 500 rooms which have all been recently re-furbished. It is a 3km walk between the hostel and the EXIT Festival site (25min) and 2km from the city center. Running near to the hostel is the number 4 bus which transports you to Novi Sad city center and a taxi ride from the hostel to EXIT Festival will cost around 3 Euros. Each hostel room has two single beds with an en-suite bathroom and balcony. Please note that bedding and towels are provided at the hostel. There is a communal lounge area and a 24 hour reception, which also has a safe for storing valuables and a well stocked shop for bread, cheese, milk, as well as ci******es. 100m from the hostel is an internet cafe that provides wireless internet and there are bars close by to hang out in. Also available is a canteen serving meals for 3 Euros which includes soup, main meal and pudding. It is open from 10.30hrs to 17.00hrs daily.
