Our home is only about a mile from the city center, but we are far enough away from the hustle of the thriving town that we are able to live our lives by the rules of nature. We have created a perfect environment for growing our own healthy and delicious food. We enjoy living by the natural laws of Mother Nature. A few years ago, by pure chance, we provided accommodation to a group of cyclists fro
m Germany. They erected tents in our backyard, which became a minicamp of sorts. We invited them into our home to shower and to eat with us. We helped them with any repairs that their bicycles needed. We personally showed them all the highlights our city of Sombor has to offer. We spent evenings with them laughing, sharing stories, and learning as much about each other as we possibly could in our short time together. This group of cyclists from Germany quickly became like family to us. And so it all began…
After our new friends left our home and continued their cycling journey, we missed them dearly. And we realized that we had a new purpose in life and that we were destined to create a Cyclists’ Camp on our little farm in the city of Sombor, Serbia.
