gt euren Aufenthalt hier mitten im kubanischen Alltag: Auf den Straßen gibt es kleine Gemüsemärkte, Schreinereien und Läden für religiöse Artikel und legendär sind die Gespräche über Fußball oder Baseball, die sich über mehrere Balkone erstrecken. Die Altstadt ist einfach sehr lebhaft und ist berühmt für seine Kontraste! Die äußere Erscheinung der Häuser und der Straßen täuschen oftmals. So ist auch an unserem Gebäude die Zeit nicht unbemerkt vorbei gegangen und man erwartet die schöne helle Wohnung nicht unbedingt. Aber sie ist gewiss euer gemütlicher Rückzugsort nach einem aufregenden Tag in der Hauptstadt. Sie befindet sich im dritten und letzten Stock des Altbaus und abends ist es relativ ruhig. Durch das alte Treppenhaus gibt es allerdings keinen Aufzug! Ihr mietet das Apartment komplett, egal ob man allein, zu zweit oder zu viert kommt. Um das Apartment kümmert sich vor Ort in Havanna unsere kubanische Familie, aber es wohnt niemand dort mit den Gästen. Für Fragen und bei Problemen ist die Ansprechperson telefonisch erreichbar und bereitet auf Wunsch das Frühstück für euch zu. Das Apartment verfügt über folgende Annehmlichkeiten:
- 2 Schlafzimmer, je mit eigenem Badezimmer, Doppelbett (1,40m), Schrank und Klimaanlage. Eines der beiden Zimmer hat einen schmalen französischen Balkon.
- Wohn-Esszimmer mit Esstisch und Sofa sowie französischem Balkon
- Küche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Töpfen usw. für Selbstversorger zur Verfügung
- Handy mit Guthaben zur Kontaktaufnahme mit uns in Havanna und in Deutschland. Dafür einfach den WiFi Hotspot nutzen: Das eigene Smartphone mit dem Hotspot des Handys im Apartment verbinden. Somit können Whatsapp gesendet werden oder ihr könnt etwas für die weitere Reiseplanung erledigen
- Gegen Barzahlung (in €): Frühstück (5 € pro Person), Getränke im Kühlschrank, Nutzung der Waschmaschine, Kontakt zu deutschsprechender Reiseleitung , Oldtimern, Taxis usw.

Our apartment "Esquina 1900" means nothing else than "corner 1900". The buildings of the block in Calle Cristo are exactly from that year and offer a real time travel. The apartment is located between 5 and 10 minutes walk from the Capitol, the Parque Central and the Plaza Vieja and you spend your stay here in the middle of Cuban everyday life: on the streets there are small vegetable markets, carpentry stores and sellers of religious articles and legendary are the conversations about soccer or baseball, which extend over several balconies. The old town is simply very lively and is famous for its contrasts! The outward appearance of the houses and the streets are often deceiving. Thus, even our building has not passed unnoticed by time and you do not necessarily expect the beautiful bright apartment insight of it. But it is certainly your cozy retreat after an exciting day in the capital. It is located on the third and last floor of the old building and in the evening it is relatively quiet. Through the old staircase, however, there is no elevator! You rent the apartment completely, no matter if you come alone, as a couple or with four travellers. The apartment is taken care of by our Cuban family in Havana, but no one lives there with the guests. For questions and in case of problems the contact person can be reached by phone and will prepare breakfast for you on request. The apartment has the following amenities:
- 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, double bed (1.40m), closet and air conditioning. One of the two rooms has a narrow French balcony.
- Living-dining room with dining table and sofa and French balcony.
- Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, pots etc. for self-catering available
- Cell phone with credit to contact us in Havana and in Germany. Just use the WiFi hotspot for this purpose: Connect your own smartphone with the hotspot of the cell phone in the apartment. Thus Whatsapp can be sent or you can do something for the further travel planning.
- Against cash payment (in €/$): Breakfast (5 € per person), drinks in the fridge, use of the washing machine, contact to German speaking tour guide, classic cars, taxis etc.

Nuestro apartamento "Esquina 1900" se llama así por los edificios de la manzana de la calle Cristo. La mayoría son exactamente de ese año y ofrecen un verdadero viaje en el tiempo. El piso está a entre 5 y 10 minutos a pie del Capitolio, del Parque Central y de la Plaza Vieja y las vacaciones se pasa aquí en medio de la vida cotidiana cubana: en las calles hay pequeños mercados de verduras, carpinterías y tiendas de artículos religiosos y son legendarias las conversaciones sobre fútbol o béisbol que se extienden por varios balcones. El casco historico de Habana es simplemente muy animado y es famoso por sus contrastes. El aspecto exterior de las instalaciones y las calles suele ser engañoso. Así que el tiempo no ha pasado desapercibido a nuestro edificio y no se espera necesariamente el hermoso y brillante apartamento. Pero es sin duda su refugio acogedor después de un emocionante día en la capital. Está situado en la tercera y última planta del antiguo edificio y es relativamente tranquilo por las noches. Sin embargo, no hay ascensor debido a la antigua escalera. Alquilas el apartamento en su totalidad, ya vengas solo, en pareja o con cuatro personas. Nuestra familia cubana en La Habana se encarga del piso, pero nadie vive allí con los huéspedes. Si tiene alguna duda o problema, la persona de contacto está a su disposición por teléfono y les preparará el desayuno si lo solicitan. El apartamento cuenta con las siguientes comodidades:
- 2 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño, cama doble (1,40m), armario y aire acondicionado. Una de las dos habitaciones tiene un estrecho balcón francés.
- Sala-comedor con mesa de comedor y sofá y balcón francés.
- Cocina con nevera, hornillo, microondas, ollas, etc. para poder cocinar.
- Teléfono móvil con crédito para contactar con nosotros en La Habana y en Alemania. Sólo tienes que utilizar el punto de acceso WiFi: Conecta tu propio smartphone al hotspot del teléfono móvil de Esquina 1900. De este modo, puedes enviar Whatsapp o hacer algo para planificar el viaje.
- Contra pago en efectivo (en €/$): Desayuno (5 € por persona), bebidas en la nevera, uso de la lavadora, contacto con guías turísticos de habla alemana, veteranos, taxis, etc.
