Le propriétaire habite cet appartement dont il loue trois chambres, chacune avec lit matrimonial (160 ou 180x200), air conditionné et salle d'eau et wc privatifs. L'appartement calme et lumineux se situe au 1ème étage (sans ascenseur) d'un petit immeuble ancien de style colonial. L’accès est libre au salon donnant sur la rue ainsi qu’au patio intérieur. En plein centre ville de La Havane, le quartier de Centro Habana est à 5 minutes à pied du Malecon, à 10 minutes du Vedado et de l’hôtel Nacional et à 15 minutes du Parque Central et de la Vieille Havane. Profitez de votre séjour pour découvrir le Museo de Arte Cubano, le charmant quartier de la Loma del Angel, la maison de Hemingway et les plages de l’Est (Playas de l’Este). Vinales et sa vallée des « Mogotes » est un très bel endroit et peut être le but d’une excursion d’une journée. English

The landlord lives in this large flat and rents two bedrooms, each with super king size bed (180x200) and air conditioning, and both located on each side of a private shower room with toilet. The flat is quiet and bright and is located on the first floor (no lift) of a colonial style small town building. Free access is granted to the main living room overlooking the street as well as to the inner courtyard. Although it is located in a quiet area it is in the town centre, only 5 minute away from the Malecon, 10 minutes from the Vedado district and the Hotel Nacional and 15 minutes from the Parque Central and the Old Havana. While visiting Cuba don’t miss the Museo de Arte Cubano, the charming district of the Loma del Angel, the house of Hemingway and the beaches of Playas de l’Este. Vinales and its « Mogotes » valley is also a must and could be a full day excursion.
