Our house is located in the central area of the Prado in the beautiful city of Cienfuegos, nationally and internationally known as La Perla del Sur (the South Pearl), very close to the historic center of the city, listed as a World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
With a modern style, our home has a large room with an internal corridor with access to the kitchen. At the bottom there is a small balcony, which leads to a staircase leading to the third floor where the guest rooms are. These have independent bathrooms each, air-conditioned, personalized with 1 and 2 beds respectively and excellent comfort.
The terrace is presented with a cosy atmosphere and tranquility, ideal to spend a relaxing time or enjoy a tasty cocktail with traditional city views from where you can see the beautiful bay of Cienfuegos, its boardwalk, as well as all the cienfueguero meadow and Its legendary and beautiful buildings.
Nearby points of interest include the José Martí Park, renowned cabarets and nightclubs such as El Costa Sur or Benny More. Tomas Terry Theater, markets and shopping centers, restaurants, the city's boulevard and the aforementioned Prado and Malecón With its respective beaches and yacht club. In addition, very close to our home is a gas station. These are just a few points of interest to consider.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner service with varieties of menus both traditional Cuban and international Creole food. In addition, we offer an exquisite service of Cuban and international cocktails.

Notre maison est située dans la zone centrale du Prado dans la belle ville de Cienfuegos, connue à l'échelle nationale et internationale comme La Perla del Sur(La Perle du Sud), à proximité du centre historique de la ville, classée au patrimoine mondial par l'UNESCO.
Notre maison, de style moderne, dispose d'une grande salle de séjour avec un couloir intérieur avec accès à la cuisine. Dans l'arrière-plan est un petit balcon, ce qui conduit à un escalier menant au troisième étage où sont les chambres des clients. Chacune d’elles ont une salle de bains séparées, chauffées, personnalisé avec 1 et 2 lits respectivement et un excellent confort.
La terrasse dispose d'une atmosphère chaleureuse et calme, idéal pour un moment de détente ou profiter d'un savoureuxc ocktail traditionnel avec vues d'où vous pouvez voir la magnifique baie de Cienfuegos, le promenade “El Prado” et ses bâtiments légendaires et magnifiques.
Comme les attractions à proximité, nous soulignons la Place José Martí, cabarets et boîtes de nuit reconnu comme El Costa Sur (Le Côte Sud) ou le Benny More. Le théâtre Tomás Terry, les marchés et les centres commerciaux, les restaurants, le boulevard de la ville et les déjà dit Prado et Malecón avec leurs plages et du yacht club. En plus, très proche de la maison est une station d'essence. Ce ne sont que quelques points d'intérêt à prendre en considération.

Nuestra casa se encuentra ubicada en la céntrica zona del Prado en la bella Ciudad de Cienfuegos, conocida nacional e internacionalmente como La Perla del Sur, muy cerca del casco histórico de la ciudad, catalogado como Patrimonio Mundial de la Humanidad por la UNESCO.
Nuestra casa, con un estilo moderno, posee una amplia sala con un corredor interno con acceso a la cocina. Al fondo se encuentra un pequeño balcón, que da paso a una escalera que conduce al tercer piso donde se encuentran los cuartos de huéspedes. Estos cuentan con baños independientes cada uno, climatizados, personalizados con 1 y 2 camas respectivamente y un excelente confort.
La terraza se presenta con un ambiente acogedor y de tranquilidad, ideal para pasar un tiempo de relajación o disfrutar de un sabroso coctel con tradicionales vistas citadinas desde donde se puede observar la hermosa bahía de Cienfuegos, su malecón, así como todo el Prado cienfueguero y sus legendarias y hermosas edificaciones.
Como puntos de interés cercanos podemos destacar el Parque José Martí, cabarets y discotecas de renombre como El Costa Sur o la Benny More. El teatro Tomás Terry, mercados y centros comerciales, restaurantes, el boulevard de la ciudad y los ya mencionados Prado y Malecón con sus respectivas playas y club náutico. Además, muy cerca de nuestro hogar se encuentra una gasolinera. Estos son solo algunos puntos de interés a tener en cuenta.
