*TEMPORADA ALTA (Noviembre - Abril)
Habitación Triple – 30.00 USD por noche (hasta dos personas) * Persona extra debe abonar 10 USD, excepto menores de 12 años. Habitación Doble – 25.00 USD por noche (hasta dos personas) * No es posible una tercera persona por falta de espacio, excepto menores de 5 años acompañados de sus padres.
*TEMPORADA BAJA (Mayo - Octubre)
Habitación Triple – 25.00 USD por noche (hasta dos personas) * Persona extra debe abonar 10 USD, excepto menores de 12 años. Habitación Doble – 20.00 USD por noche (hasta dos personas) * No es posible una tercera persona por falta de espacio, excepto menores de 5 años acompañados de sus padres. Para efectuar una reservación, luego de que le confirmemos la disponibilidad, el cliente deberá efectuar la pre-reserva. Esta consiste en abonar el 20 por ciento por cada noche de estancia. Esta suma es el costo de la reservación y garantiza la seguridad de la misma. Una vez confirmada la disponibilidad, el cliente tiene 24 horas para efectuar el pago por la reservación. Efectuado el pago le enviaremos una confirmación del mismo. Este depósito forma parte del pago de la habitación, por lo que al momento de arribar a nuestra casa el cliente solo debe pagar el resto del costo de la misma. *HIGH SEASON (November - April)
Triple Room – 30.00 USD per night (no more than two persons) * Extra person must pay 10 USD, except younger than 12 years old. Double Room – 25.00 USD per night (no more than two persons) * Extra person is not possible because of the space, except younger than 5 years old with the company of the parents.
*LOW SEASON (May - October)
Triple Room – 25.00 USD per night (no more than two persons) * Extra person must pay 10 USD, except younger than 12 years old. Double Room – 20.00 USD per night (no more than two persons) * Extra person is not possible because of the space, except younger than 5 years old with the company of the parents. To make a reserve, after we confirmed the availability, the client must effectuate the pre-reserve with paying the 20 percent of the price per night. That amount is the cost of the reservation and guarantee. Once we confirmed the availability, the client has 24 hours to make the payment for the reservation. Once the payment has been made, we will send a voucher. This deposit is part of the cost of the room, so when the guest arrives to our casa must only pay the rest of the Price for the room.
