I want to send a big thank you to your amazing staff. We come to Los Corales every year for the people, it is our home away from home. They treat us like family and we always have the best time. This year was a little different when my mom ended up in the international clinic. From the moment she became ill your staff was there for us. the entertainment staff (Norelis and Melvin) the security gurard, doctor and nurse were by our side until the ambulance came. The next day Juan was at the hospital first thing in the morning and spent his whole day off making sure we were ok. Fernando came and spent most of the day at the hospital as well. They made sure I was fed and helped with translation with the doctors. Thais was also amazing, she came and brought us drinks in the morning then came back in the afternoon and brought my mom food she could eat. I am truly greatful for all that was done for us while we were there. We have traveled many places in the world and have never made connections like we have at Los Coreles. You should be very proud of how hard your staff work and how caring they are. We will be forever greatful for the love and support we received. Thank you! We are already counting down the days until we see everyone again next year ❤️
