Close to the legendary Malecon, well known hotels, restaurants, bars and night clubs. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a California King Size bed & the other has a full size bed . There is also a queen size air mattress to accommodate 2 extra guests if needed. A full bathroom is in between both rooms. There is a TV, & A/C in each bedroom & living room. There is a laundry, kitchen, land phone & a 24

hrs check-in service. You'll feel like at home. You will enjoy of total privacy in a place that is centrally located. Very close to government offices and embassies, two blocks from Malecon, steps away from the President Hotel and a few blocks from the iconic National Hotel. Within the neighborhood there are famous privately owned restaurants (Paladares). The total price includes alternative days cleaning and linen change. You can also use the land-line to make unlimited local calls at no cost to you. We can cook for you as well for affordable prices should you request it. Coordination of tours is something that we can help you with as well. You have access to the entire apartment including rooms, bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room and a balcony. You won't be sharing the apartment with the owner. Your privacy is taken care of. We will be there for you 24/7 should you need our assistance. You can use the land line to call us whenever you need it. We will be happy to assist you and make your vacations a restful memorable event. While it is prohibited by the Cuban Government to have residential internet access, two blocks away there is a Wifi spot at the President Hotel that is available for everyone's use. The rate is $2.00 CUC per one (1) hour. It is a very safe neighborhood that is nearby government buildings, therefore, police officers and other security agents are patrolling the area 24/7. Parking is on the street. Cars are safe to be left parked on the street locked. We have maps and updated literature at home that provides you with a very accurate picture of where to go in Havana and how to coordinate your tours. Adrian, the property manager can also assist you with that.
