About the Role
As a Host, you are the main point of contact for guests during their stay. You ensure everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out and respond quickly when issues arise.
You are essential to both guest satisfaction and the daily operation of our apartments.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Be the main point of contact during the stay
- Prepare and inspect apartments (cleaning, utilities, inventory)
- Coordinate with cleaning staff and report updates
- Handle basic issues and escalate when needed
Requirements
- English is required
- Based in São Vicente
- Responsible and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented and proactive
- Able to stay calm under pressure
- Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required.
