We officially wanted to introduce you our dog Jacques. This lovely but sometimes naughty boy comes from Santa Maria, Sal island. He loves playing with dogs and kids. 🐶🐾🧒👧

Who would have thought that one year ago he would come to Europe and have the best dog life ever! 🐾❤️
But even crazier, who would have thought that he would love to be my travel buddy and would go wherever I go. Well I never thought about it. Since this one year, he has traveled more places than some people do. Every time I return to Sal island he comes along! He just loves to come back home! 🌊🇨🇻And even more special is that he never forgets where his home is!💕

If you wish to bring your pet but you are scared, don’t be! They will love it. If you fly with Tui you can bring them along easily. They are always welcomed in our apartment!🏠🐶✈️❤️

One of the activities you can do on Sal is to give a bit of your time to the animals in need. This is OSPA🐶🐾❤️
One of most humane and beautiful places that you can visit. If you are an animal lover and want to make a good deed go see them.
OSPA is not just a shelter, is their forever home and love they never had. Hands down to all the volunteers who selflessly help every day to make their lives easier and better. The shelter is perfect for anyone, the age doesn’t matter! The waggy tails are happy to see anyone and will love anybody who comes visit.

You can do much more than just pet them! You can wash them, feed them, take them for walkies and play with them while they run around freely!🐶🦴

It doesn’t take you much time and effort to go visit but for them this is everything!❤️🐾

Maybe you will fall in love with one and take them home with you!🥰

This is Santa Maria. A small city on a small island. But this small island has people with biggest hearts and smiles. It is worth visiting and coming back if you’ve already been! I don’t know how I lived without it before!❤️🇨🇻🏝️☀️

And all of a sudden we lost our pier in Santa Maria😥. This was the place where everyone gathered on a daily basis and where you were able to see traditions of Cape Verde. It was such a touristic point as well, you were able to see fresh fish, the way locals live, and most of the water activities happened there. It is such a big loss for the island but we hope it will be fixed soon. 🙏🏼🐠🏝️
