The location combines the sandy golden beaches of Sandy bay (around 200 meters away) and Nissi Beach (around 200 meters away) , wit

h the rocky formations of a virgin landscape , the privacy of seclusion with the centrality of a cosmopolitan tourist resort. There are two types of accommodation to choose from:

1) Studio: fully equipped open plan studios with own balcony/terrace, two twin-beds, kitchenette, fridge, oven, cooking rings, bath/shower, W.C., telephone (direct line), radio, satellite T.V., hairdryer, safe box, (extra minimal fee) settee and air condition (hot and cold).

2) One Bedroom apartments: same facilities as studio, but with separate bedroom. In addition to extra sofa beds.

24 hour Reception and Lobby, Bureau de change, Bar, Cafeteria, Restaurant, Lounge area, outdoor landscaped swimming pool, free sun beds, indoor swimming pool, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, children playground, multiple usage room (hosting conferences, seminars and all sort of cultural events), flood-lit tennis court, car park, mini market/souvenir shop, seashore pathways giving access to all Ayia Napa beaches, courtyards and flower beds. Parachuting and all kinds of water sports available within walking distance. Rich buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner with variety of Cypriot and International dishes are served daily. A la card menu also available. Selection of best local wines. Fully air-conditioned restaurant facilities. Baby high chairs also available.. Modern fitness room with all necessary equipment and trainer, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, massage, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court/ mini football, table tennis, darts and billiard. Diving school on the premises. All kinds of water sports available within walking distance. Children playground and seasonal kid’s club. Aktea is the ideal place for all kind of business meetings and conferences. Nireas conference hall seating 150 guests with all necessary facilities. Smaller rooms for private meetings also available.
