Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in turning off the water today which will result in a return of the service by 6pm this evening instead of 3pm this afternoon. We are endeavor to continue working as quickly to restore the water supply in the shortest possible time.

Dearest Thalassa Residents,
now with stricter measures imposed all facilities and the office will remain closed for following 10 days. No staff member is permitted to enter any apartment. Gas and water deliveries will be done to apartment doors. Residents will not be allowed in or out of site without police permission. Thank you for your support and understanding.

Dear All Owners and Residents at Thalassa,

The internet regrettably is out of service due to the storm last night. The ISP team estimate it will take several hours to restore due to damage to their systems in the region.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Good Morning to all Owners,

Country wide lockdown has been announced in TRNC from 8pm last night for an undetermined amount of time (estimate at this stage is 7 days).

By law we are obliged to close all facilities including gym, sauna, spa, games room and indoor pool until the lockdown is lifted.

Deks will be open daily for mini mart and food order collections only. They are able to order fresh produce such as chicken, milk, yogurt, fruits and vegetables with minimum of 48 hours notice on a weekly basis.

Whilst the office remains closed workers will be maintaining Thalassa site. If you have any gas or water orders or need to report any maintenance issues please whatasapp Violetta in Owner Services on +90 533 858 2838.

Should you wish to enquire about rentals or make payments, Abood is onsite and can meet you in the office as requested. His WhatsApp number is +90 533 854 7004.

We kindly ask that no visitors come to site as they will not be permitted entry and to please bare with security as they note your comings and goings each day. We kindly request that you endevour to remain on site as far as possible as police do check out records daily and we don’t wish them to raise any enquiry on any particular person who is moving on and off site regularly.
