Villa Evace is a beautiful modern 3 bedroom villa in the Green Bay area of Protaras.
The villa consists of a large open plan living area downstairs with living area and dining area seating for 6 persons. The living area has a large TV, satelitte TV and free Wi-fi.
The kitchen has is fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, plates glasses and more. A bathroom with shower completes downstairs.
Upstairs are three good sized bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a shared balcony (with bedroom) giving stunning views across the Mediterranean sea. The second bedroom has one single and one double bed with shared balcony. The third bedroom has, again, two single beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower.
All rooms have air-conditioning included.
We also have the property next door (Villa Heleni) which is also a 3 bedroom villa with pool. We are able to accommodate groups of up to 13 adults and 2 infants - perfect for those attending weddings at the nearby Cavo Maris and Grecian Park Hotels.
Outside is a large private pool area with sunbeds for 6 persons, also a Traditional Cypriot BBQ.
Beaches in the Area
Vrisi Bay Beach
Vrisi Beach, along with Fig Tree Bay Beach, constitute the main beach area of Protaras. The sand is fine but in some places it may be a little rocky in the water.
Fig Tree Bay Beach (Protaras Bay)
One of Cyprus’ best known and most popular beaches, Fig Tree Bay takes its name from the tree that provided shade to locals before the area’s popularity with tourists. With its long stretch of fine, white sand, clean and shallow water, the beach is a favourite with locals over the weekends, particularly those with small children. The island in the centre of the bay contributes to the calmness of the water. The beach has good road access and many amenities. The beach is well equipped with restaurant and water sport facilities and is situated in the heart of Protaras.
Loumbardi Bay Beach and Nissia Bay Beach (Mimosa Beach)
Two small beaches located either side of a headland, to the south of Central Protaras.
Konnos Bay Beach
This beautiful beach is located to the east of Ayia Napa between Cape Greko and Protaras. Konnos Bay is a beautiful wind-swept bay which is almost like a secluded beach. You have to go down the slope from the main road through some hairpin bends to reach the beach. The setting of this beach is amazing. Lovely sandy beaches and shallow waters make it ideal for young families.
NOTE: Maximum occupancy is 7 as we can allow room for an infant (under 2 years) in a cot (extra €30 per week)

The nearest airport to Villa Jeniva is Larnaca International with many airlines flying direct from the UK, Russia, Germany and more. Check Sky Scanner to find a flight.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
A licensed airport transfer can be arranged to collect you from Larnaca International and take you directly to Villa Jeniva. Contact us for more information.

IMPORTANT
No single gender groups or anybody aged under 25's unless part of a mixed family. Rental prices are excluding booking fees. We do require a €300 REFUNDABLE security deposit. This is automatically refunded to you 7 days after departure inspection.
LOCAL TRANSPORT
There is a great bus service running every 15-20 minutes. The nearest stop is just a 5 minute walk and the service takes you either towards Kapparis and Paralimni or the other way to Ayia Napa with many stops before in Pernera, Protaras and Cape Greco.
