The Ministry of Health announced that it will take England in the "C" category to "B". Those coming from England will no longer stay in the quarantine centers indicated by the state, but in the home quarantine.
A 7-day home quarantine will take effect on August 13. During the quarantine, no visitors will be accepted to the house. In the inspections carried out by the Ministry of Health, those who are found to violate the home quarantine rules will be taken to the hotel quarantine.
According to the statement made by the Ministry of Health, within the scope of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Contagious Diseases Supreme Committee convened today and made a decision on arrivals from England.
The verdict is as follows:
"As of 13 August (including 13 August), people who will come to the island from England will be able to enter the TRNC on the condition that they document the PCR test result made between three and five days before the boarding date and the result is negative. However, these people will remain in home quarantine for 7 days. During the quarantine, no visitors will be accepted to the house. In the inspections carried out by the Ministry of Health, people who are found to violate the home quarantine rules will be taken to the hotel quarantine. "
