Bedding & bathroom towels supplied. wi-fi (unlimited) is available


The weekly rent comes with an electrical allowance of 200 units (a very comfortable amount for your stay), house water & gas for cooking. Parking is immediately outside apartment


RATES PER WEEK

£350 per week + £100 cleaning fee. Minimum stay 1 week

20% non -refundable deposit required to secure dates

Full balance 8 weeks before check in date. Late bookings can be taken but will require full payment immediately

£200 refundable deposit held against damages & over spend on electric allowance

ABOUT THE AREA

Situated in the village of Kucukerenkoy in Tatlisu. Many local restaurants & bars to choose from are all within a short drive. Kyrenia Town is a 40 minute drive & the Karpaz in the other direction is also a 40 minute drive. There are many small paths leading to small beach coves along the coastal paths & road. There are also 3 large beach resorts with restaurants & bars all within a short drive. The local shopping offers several small shops & 2 super Markets

Many historical places & Castles along the coastal roads to explore & visit

There is an information box in the apartment to help you with leaflets, maps and general knowledge about the area

CAR HIRE

Holiday car hire & airport taxi's we can arrange for you. We use a local, very reliable company. Their cars are always new, with fully comprehensive insurance & unlimited mileage. WELCOME PACKS

This can easily be arranged, just email your shopping list to us & we will try our very best to get the items you require. Charged at the cost of shopping plus shopping service fee £5 - £10 depending on size of shop. Please give us at least 2 days notice before arrival

1. Rate per week – we thought to ask for much more, but we think 350 + 100 is the minimum we can afford. Otherwise I am not sure it is worthwhile to let others to use the apartment. As you know we have 96 expenses for cleaning (before and after) and laundry.
2. As you see, I made few changes in order to adjust the text to our apartment.(marked in yellow)
3. Text I omitted to add in future:
