The Onar Village is a unique establishment situated on the skirts of the Kyrenia mountain range overlooking the Mediterranean. The Village was created in 1991 and from the first day we offer professional management and welcoming atmosphere. The hilltop location is superb, with a unique 360 degree view of the Mediterranean and the Five-Finger mountain range, and it’s just a five-minute cab ride (

2 km) from the town of Kyrenia below; there is a complimentary service shuttle to and from the town once a day. The Onar Village has 44 hotel rooms, 18 villas (bungalows), a restaurant & bar, a small library, and a mini-museum with a private collection of archeological artifacts. In the summer, guests can enjoy the spacious outdoor swimming pool, pool bar and snacks area, as well as the Terrace Restaurant & Bar. Winter facilities include an indoor heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath; and there are cosy, warm fireplaces in the restaurant & bar and the leisure rooms. The grounds are beautifully laid out and tastefully landscaped, and are always kept clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, each with a great view, the restaurant offers a good variety of delicious food, and with respectful, friendly staff, the atmosphere is very relaxing and peaceful. In its history of over 25 years, Onar has welcomed guests from all over the world, most of whom keep coming back year after year to enjoy their holidays. The Onar Village is more than a place to stay... for most visitors who try it once, it becomes a second home!
