Our beautiful house is enviably situated only 10 minutes' drive from Larnaca International Airport on the peaceful outskirts of the town of Kiti, famous for its Byzantine Church. The weather in Cyprus is rightly famous. 315 days of sun a year! We were last there in February half-term and every day topped 22 degrees, with one day hitting the giddy heights of 27! The apartment is well equiped with i

nside dining for 4, outside chairs and table, 2 large bedrooms (one double and one twin). The apartment has unlimited free WiFi, a 32 inch TV and DVD player and Aircon throughout. Larnaca is a bustling town with a famous promenade overlooking Finikoudes Beach and Mackenzy Beach has some wonderful, chilled beach bars and resturants. The closest sandy beach, which really opens after Easter, is Faros (Pharos) is only 3km from the apartment. The world famous beaches around Ayia Napa can be reached in under an hour, including Nissi and Konos (our two favourite). Nicosia - the world's only split capital - is also less than an hour and an intriguiing place blending the modern and ancient. Cyprus has a great road network making anywhere on the island accessible for a a day trip but you can also simply choose to chill by the pools and dine out in the local restaurants which range from international fast foods, sushi and more traditional taverna serving excellent souvlaki and meze.
