Under the guidance of the ESG Team at FRP Advisory Cyprus, Alasia Hotel is currently working towards obtaining the Green Key certification, an international eco-label that recognizes sustainable practices in the hospitality sector. Through targeted initiatives in energy efficiency, water conservation, waste reduction, and guest engagement, the hotel is reinforcing its commitment to sustainable operations and responsible hospitality. The sustainability journey of Alasia Hotel was co-funded by the European Union, under the I-STARS SMP-COSME-2021-TOURSME Project No. 101085914.

We are honored to welcome Chef Thanos feskos, a 2 Michelin starred Greek chef, renowned for his tenure as Head Chef for 9 years, at the acclaimed “Geranium” Restaurant in Copenhagen, where he contributed to the restaurant’s achievement of 3 Michelin stars and its recognition as No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List.
In 2020, Chef Feskos returned to Athens as Executive Chef of Delta restaurant, where he was once again distinguished with two Michelin stars in 2022.
Together with our Executive Chef Pavlos Kyriakis, 1 Michelin star, they will prepare an exceptional Four Hands Gastronomic Experience at The Polo Bar Restaurant on Thursday 30th, and Friday 31st of October!
